Recently, scammers posing as a wallet service have been contacting users via SMS and other channels, falsely claiming that “the old version of Bitpie will be discontinued,” in order to trick users into updating, visiting a fake website, and entering their mnemonic seed phrases to steal their assets. Please note that Bitpie will never ask you for your mnemonic phrase or private key. Always remember:

Do not share your mnemonic phrase with anyone; otherwise, your assets may be lost.

Anyone or any website that asks for your mnemonic phrase is a scammer.
