Due to Google Play's limited understanding of blockchain technology, its review policies have imposed many unreasonable restrictions on blockchain applications (including wallet software). In the past, Bitpie had no choice but to offer a restricted version on Google Play, which omitted the DeFi functionality to comply with these limitations.

Meanwhile, we have continuously observed the frequent appearance of counterfeit wallet applications targeting mainstream wallets across various Android app markets (including Google Play), which seriously threaten the security of users' assets.

Based on the above considerations, we have decided that from May 27, 2025, we will no longer package a version of the Bitpie App with restricted functionality specifically for Google Play. Users are advised to download the fully functional Android version of the Bitpie wallet software directly from the official website at bitpie.com.
