Risk Warning Regarding Fake Bitpie Support Emails

2026-05-11

Recently, we received reports from users that scammers are using the email address [servicebitpie1@yeah.net](fraudulent email) to impersonate Bitpie official support and contact users for fraudulent activities.

Please remain highly vigilant:

The only official Bitpie customer support email is: [service@bitpie.com]

Except for the official email address, any email, Telegram account, WeChat, QQ group, LINE, WhatsApp, or other contact claiming to be “Bitpie Support” is fraudulent.

Bitpie official support will NEVER:

Ask users for mnemonic phrases, private keys, or Keystore files

Ask users to transfer funds for “asset verification”

Require users to install third-party remote control software

Ask users to click unknown links to import wallets

Please pay special attention:

Recently, there have been a large number of scams in the crypto industry involving fake support agents, fake wallets, and fake official websites. Attackers may use emails, social media, search engines, or fake apps to trick users into revealing their mnemonic phrases and steal their assets.

If you receive suspicious emails, please: do not reply to the sender; do not click any links in the email; do not download any attachments; never disclose your mnemonic phrase or private key to anyone; and contact the official support email immediately for verification.
