Recently, we discovered that criminals have been posting on the Xiaohongshu platform to lure users into visiting counterfeit “Bitpie Wallet” websites（bitpii.com [fake official site], bitkn.app [fake official site], bitken.top [fake official site]） and downloading fake wallet apps, in order to steal users’ mnemonic phrases and assets.

We hereby solemnly declare:

Bitpie will not publish download links or investment recommendations through social channels such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat groups, QQ groups, or Telegram.

Please remain highly vigilant. Do not download wallet apps from any non-official websites, and never enter mnemonic phrases, private keys, or other sensitive information outside of official channels.

To protect your assets, please make sure to:

1. Do not trust any information released through non-official Bitpie channels.

2. Do not enter mnemonic phrases, private keys, or sign any transactions for strangers or via non-official links.

3. Only download the wallet from Bitpie’s sole official website: https://bitpie.com (https://bitpie.com/).

4. If you discover scam websites, groups, or accounts impersonating Bitpie, please take screenshots and report them immediately to our customer service email: service@bitpie.com.
