Recently, we received feedback from users that malicious actors are impersonating the Bitpie official brand to set up a scam website (link: https://web.bitpie-x.icu/ [scam website]) and disseminating false information on social media platforms and community groups, such as "Bitpie launches native cryptocurrency", "mining channels open", "priority registration for token rewards" (as shown in the image), in order to lure users to register, transfer funds, or participate in so-called "mining" activities.

We hereby solemnly declare:

Bitpie has never issued any native cryptocurrency, nor has it conducted any form of mining, token airdrops, or presale activities.

Any claims regarding "Bitpie official token issuance", "Bitpie mining project", or "Bitpie native token" are fraudulent and are not associated with the Bitpie team.

To protect your assets, please make sure to:

1. Do not trust any investment, mining, or token information published through non-official channels;

2. Do not enter your mnemonic phrase or private key, or sign any transaction on unfamiliar or non-official links;

3. Download the wallet only from Bitpie’s official website https://bitpie.com;

4. If you discover any scam website, community, or account impersonating Bitpie, please take a screenshot immediately and report it to our customer service email: service@bitpie.com.
